Mr Seow is a partner of RHT Law LLP. He was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995 and has been a practising advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore since then. He holds a Bachelor of Law (Honours) degree from the National University of Singapore. Mr Seow is also an Independent Director of Fastube Limited and Sound Global Ltd.
